Key problems of strategic development of real links in the agro-industrial complex of the regions of the north

The scientific approach to the actual problem of the strategic development of the agro-industrial complex of the regions of the north, the formation of their intersectoral economic system is outlined. As the main task, a systematic approach to the analysis of the state of the real links of these regions, the identification of the dynamics of technical and economic indicators - the state of operating assets - was chosen. The results of the analyses of the economic activity of the agro-industrial complex of the regions of the north showed that many processes related to the strengthening of integration processes and ensuring their sustainable development were not crowned with success. Slow rates and unequal cross-sectoral conditions for financing the agro-industrial complex of the regions of the north lead to an imbalance in the state of resource potentials, a decrease in the efficiency of the main factor components of production spheres. The originality and practical significance of the study consists in recommending the transfer of the agro-industrial complex of the northern regions to a "special economic zone" in order to strengthen comprehensive state support. The main emphasis in the study is made on accelerating the processes of restoring the integrity of the main technological cycles of the agro-industrial complex of the regions of the north, improving their cluster characteristics. An important point in the study is the use of progressive methods of allocating financial resources that can eliminate the negative principles of the disinvestment trend.
