Key issues development strategy law enforcement environment

The article presents the key aspects of the development of the strategy of the law enforcement environment aimed at the formation of the leader. The paper identifies trends in the historical development of strategic management. The modern world translates these ideas into practice and continuous improvement of the acquired knowledge, into the system of «life-long learning». Two main approaches to strategic management are identified. Provisions of effective strategic management of law enforcement activity are defined.
