The article deals with the specific tasks and tools of personnel management innovation company. Properly organized innovation process is based on an understanding of the innovative features of the staff members of the innovation team as the selection, and the development and promotion of employees. The paper presents the evolution of approaches to the understanding of the characteristics of innovative workers identified specific objectives of management of innovation teams, confirmed the readiness of Russian workers to conduct innovation.
