The cognitive approach in studying efficiency of tax reforms

This scientific work is made on a very actual theme for Russia - the hiding profits from taxes in a mass scale. This research seems to be important and interesting because of making the scheme of interaction between different parts of the tax system and determining the direction and kind of this interaction. The main aim is to forecast the effect of reforms made and planning for the realization of the tax system.
