Cogort analysis of corporate business efficiency

Based on the results of a cohort study of sales profitability, the article estimates the influence of the nature of relations with the owners (shareholders) of the organization on the effectiveness of its activities according to the Interfax network publication Information Resource SPARK. The conclusion is drawn about the low «entrepreneurial» potential of public companies created during the period of mass privatization and the need to organize corporate control in them. The close relationship between the quality of corporate governance and the performance of organizations is indicated. The concept of good corporate governance is revealed. The necessity of developing outsourcing of services in the field of corporate governance, as well as increased attention to training in this area is substantiated.
