Quantitative impact of production costs on product sales revenue in agriculture

This article reveals the meaning of such concepts as costs, revenue, sales, namely, how the cost of products affects the volume of revenue, taking into account the pricing of agricultural products. The phenomenon of economic efficiency of production, ways to increase it and the impact of this factor on the economic condition of the organization and, in particular, on the change in revenue volumes, production efficiency are also considered, thanks to this it becomes possible to find ways to optimize production and reduce costs, that is, various resources. Our statistical research allowed us to qualitatively and quantitatively determine and analyze how the costs of agricultural production currently affect revenue volumes, which allowed us to formulate a conclusion about the close relationship between these indicators. For the most complete consideration of the issue, the peculiarities of agriculture were considered. Also, based on the above conclusions, we were able to identify or in other words define the tasks that need to be set before production in order to improve the current situation of product creation, to find ways to develop the current direction.
