Quantity of resin ducts in pine undergrowth needles in the different growing condition

The aim of the work was to estimate the number of resin ducts in pine undergrowth needles in the various growing conditions. The number of resin ducts in pine needles varies from 3 to 12 pieces. The smallest number of resin ducts is found in the needles of pine undergrowth in the blueberry pine, in comparison with the pine shrub-sphagnum pine. The high correlation is number of resin ducts with the height of the tree, the number of branches and the age of the tree.
