The collective social responsibility as a political institution of tax sphere

The article examines the institutional capacity of collective social responsibility (CSR) of Russian business and government. But the real development of the country will be provided by the institutions of a corporate state, formed in modern Russia. The author emphasizes that in terms of sanctions CSR institutions would be useful for the development of the corporate state.
