Law enforcement collisions when ensuring interrogation of the "hidden" participants of criminal legal proceedings

Purpose: A research of the problems connected with implementation of the procedure of interrogation of the witnesses who were injured in the conditions excluding their visual observation by other participants at judicial stages of criminal trial. Methodology: The formal-legal method and a method of the included observation were used. Results: The procedural forms and organizational security measures, ways of protection of participants of criminal legal proceedings approved by the Supreme Court of the Republic of Mordovia are given in article. The attention to gaps in the right, and also the arising procedural, organizational collisions is paid during production of preliminary investigation and realization in federal courts of the general jurisdiction by production of interrogation of the witness who was injured in the conditions excluding their visual observation by other participants of judicial proceedings. The innovations given in article are applicable also by consideration of criminal cases with participation of jurors, taking into account some specifics of preparation for consideration of the case. Article represents the material developing the scientific and practical researches which are earlier conducted with participation of the author.
