As a result of the formalized interpreting of gravity anomalies of the Northeastern Asia it has been determined 3D- parameters of the lithosphere plates and dividing them astenosphere lenses. The second rank buffer Kolima-Omolon plate (KOP) represents an exclusive and complete tectonic structure formed at splitting of the Nothern American lithosphere to crust-mantle and lower lithosphere rigid plates in process of the Later Paleozoic - Early Mesozoic subduction of the Nothern American plate under the Eurasian paleocontinent, and later developing according to the marginal sea-type structure. It has been detected the features of similarity in structure and evolution between the Kolima-Omolon plate and the Amur and Sea-of-Okhotsk plates, as well as sharp differences of its deep structure from the Eurasian and other American plates. The KOP western and southwestern flanks are thrusted into folded complexes of the Verkhoyano-Kolyma system for the distance of no less than 200 km and they are turned fan-shaped in counter-clockwise direction with regard to deep contours of the KOP. The KOP southern and southeastern flanks are characterized by shifting (transforming) connection with the Sea-of-Okhotsk and Pacific plates, and the eastern flank is rigidly united with the Nothern American plate.
