Teambuilding for the staff of a physical culture department: revisiting the idea of an experimental research

The specifics of the staff of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports as an association of high-level specialists in the fi eld of social activity aimed at maintaining and strengthening health, developing psychophysical abilities in the process of conscious motor activity of students, employees and faculty of higher and secondary educational institutions are considered. Particular attention is paid to the processes of team building and building psychological relationships in a multi-core multi-level mixed team of departments of physical education in universities. The differences between the departments of physical culture from other departments at the university, as well as their team in the form of a structure of interdependent nuclei, are presented. The methodology for the fi rst stage of the experiment on uniting the staff of the department of physical education was developed and proposed.
