Presents the results surgical treatment of 70 patients with locally advanced malignant tumors of the pelvic organs, which required complete evisceration, and urinary and bowel derivation is achieved by forming stomas. In 31 (47.7%) case formed a loop colostomy with the introduction of the ureters into the distal segment of the stoma of the colon - a double-barreled combination urocolostomy. The comparative analysis of the application of this technology compared to separate urinary and intestinal diversion - formation of an end colostomy and urostomy by Bricker that used in 34 (52.3%) patients. Decrease the duration of surgery and hospital postoperative period, and a smaller number of postoperative complications and re-operation in patients with double-barreled combination urocolostomy.
