Multifunction processing of casting aluminum alloys in liquid and solid state

It is known that strengthening of some casting aluminum alloys (АК7ч, АМ5, BAЛ14), as well as wrought aluminum alloys, is reached with thermomechanical treatment (TMT). These alloys can be deformed both in cold and in hot condition with the degree of deformation up to 40% without crack formation [1, 2]. Besides that, the positive results of influence of the electromagnetic pulsed processing (EMP) of melted metal for some properties and structure were received [3]. The point of the research was to find out the influence of the multifunction processing, combining the influence of EMP on melted metal and TMT of metal on structure, properties and ageing processes of these alloys.
