Using the gravimetric method, the inhibiting efficiency of the M-1 inhibitor with respect to hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide corrosion of St3 steel in media containing 5.8 g / l NaCl has been studied. Corrosion tests were carried out in sealed vessels with a capacity of 0.5 l on samples of steel St3 of size 30x20x1. The effect of the inhibitor X-1 on the corrosion resistance of carbon steel in media containing 5.8 g / l of NaCl saturated with H2S and CO2 separately and together has been studied. Comparison of the results of daily and ten-day corrosion tests shows that the corrosion rate began to decrease with time in both inhibited and non-inhibited solutions, and an increase in the concentration of H2S contributes to an increase in the protective effect of the inhibitor during both tests. The combined presence of H2S and CO2 causes an increase in Z inhibitor compared to pure carbon dioxide environments. The values of the protective effect of the inhibitor, according to the ten-day tests, turned out to be noticeably and reliably lower than with the daily exposure of the samples...
