The paper deals with optoelectronic systems that provide control of the deformation state of loaded blades of turbine units. A brief analysis of the primary converters for the implementation of the discrete-phase method. The realization of the combined optoelectronic microwave Converter for determining the parameters of torsional vibration of blades, which allows to minimize the level of preparation of the turbine unit body, is proposed. A method for determining the amplitude of torsional vibrations using a combined Converter is proposed.
