Comfortable environment as a factor of economic development of the territory

The results of the implementation of the urban program “Comfortable urban Environment” in the city of Moscow, in the Lefortovo district of the South-Eastern Administrative District are analyzed. The structure of the urban environment, the level of its comfort are the leading areas of activity of municipal farms and one of the decisive factors in the development of the territory’s economy. It is in this field of activity that it is important to create conditions that will ensure the desired level of comfort for the population and the development of the economic sphere. Examples of increasing economic activity in the territory of the municipal district of Lefortovo in connection with the creation of conditions for the development of entrepreneurial activity are considered.
