Commercial mortgage of the small business subjects real estate

The article discusses the development of small and medium-sized businesses in the Russian Federation. It is noted that small and medium enterprises face serious difficulties in carrying out activities. The author concludes that one of the essential components of existence and further development of this sector are the availability and the real possibility of obtaining credit, in particular, commercial mortgage, and proposes to amend the Federal Law of July 22, 2008 № 159-FZ of the establishment priority rights of such entities to purchase land together with the purchase of the building.
