The article is devoted to the study of the current state, trends and problems of commercial sports organizations. The basis of the activity of such organizations is entrepreneurial activity, and at the same time this activity should take into account the specifics of the sphere of physical culture and sports. The safety and quality of classes, the lack of full-fledged information about the potential and results of the activities of subjects at the state level and for the consumer are identified as aspects that require special attention.
