Commercial bribery in the security services market: criminal legal and crimino-logical aspects

Introduction: the article examines the criminal legal and criminological aspects of the illegal activities of private security organizations in modern Rus-sia when committing commercial bribery in the security services market, pro-vided for in Art. 204 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, the nega-tive economic and social consequences of this phenomenon are analyzed, pre-ventive measures are proposed, as well as proposals for increasing the efficien-cy of the investigation and detection of this type of crime.
