Niklas Luhmann's communicative model of the legal system: critical analysis

In the article the system preconditions of the legal phenomena analysis in their social context have been considered. The connections between Niklas Luhmann's concept and other legal models of communicative orientation are deduced. Particular attention is paid to the novelty of methodological principles of the legal sphere study developed by the German sociologist.
