The author systematically presents verbal and nonverbal means of actualization of communicative failures in dialogic communication in the article. Verbal means of linguistic expression of one or another frustration are most frequent at such language tiers as vocabulary and grammar. These are pejorative vocabulary, tropeical and figurative elocutives, in particular: antipersonification, negative evaluative comparison, negative epithet, metaphor, periphrasis, antonomasia. At the grammatical level there are imperative, such figurative elocutives as antithesis, ellipse, parcelling, inversion. Non-verbal means of actualization of communicative failures include kinesics (gestures and mimicry), proxemics (postures of interlocutors) oculesics (language of eyes), phonation (non-verbalised sounds), etc.
