Communicative aspect of the leadership

The article is about some features of communication process in social group, which are shown through a prism of specificity of its basic subject -the leader of the group. The article deals with the views of foreign researchers of leadership concerning processes of communication as the base of effective leadership. Characteristics of interaction of various subjects of the organizational processes caused by relation of influence and submission are analyzed. Necessary conditions of effective interaction of the leader and the followers are allocated. The special attention is given to innovative, focusing and stimulating kinds of the leader's communication.
