It is recognized by researchers and international scientific societies that the problems of early diagnosis, pharmacotherapy and prevention in the population of geront age arise and/or are still present in the following age groups: old age - from 60 to 75 years old; old age - from 75 to 90; the age of long-lived people - 90 years and older; youngest - old ("young" elderly) - 65-74 years old; middle - old ("middle" elderly) - 75-84 years old; oldest - old ("the oldest") - 85 years and older; octogenarians - 80-89 years old; ninety-year-olds - 90-99 years old; semi-supercentenarians (semisupercentenarians) - 105-109-year-olds; super centenarians - people over 110 years old (Aetero-vitz S.S. et. al., 2012). Therefore, elderly and geront youth are considered strong and independent risk factors for comorbid diseases.
