The features of the development of Beeline in the mobile communications market are investigated. The goals and tasks that are solved by the company during the marketing analysis, considered as an integral part of company management in the face of uncertainty, are traced. The SWOT analysis and PEST analysis of the company are presented. The conclusion is drawn on the need to implement innovative projects aimed at maintaining customer loyalty and introducing new services.
