Comparative analysis of factors of the region economy efficiency

The article presents an analysis of the main socio-economic indicators of the two regions development: Krasnodar and Altai territories. Under the conditions of increasing economic independence of the Russian Federation regions and the displacement of responsibility centers to solve the problems of complex social and economic development of economic entities on the regional level it is necessary to organize effective management of the regions, based on monitoring, diagnosis and assessment of their socio-economic development.
