Compensation for heavy works, works in harmful and (or) dangerous and other special labour conditions

The article deals with the issues concerned with the compensation to employees engaged in heavy work or work in harmful and (or) dangerous working conditions. The authors analyse the changes in the labour laws associated with the adoption of the federal law "Concerning Special Assessment of Working Conditions", the possibility of reducing labour hours, or its replacement with financial recompense.
