The article is devoted to the analysis of actual problems of application of civil procedural law establishing possibility of collecting compensation for the actual loss of time. Terms and procedures of relevant norms applications are described in the article. Special attention is paid to the sense and importance of this rule of law and the reasons for almost complete absence of legal practice on it.
