Compensation fund: a new way of securing fulfilment of developer´s obligations

The article focuses on such a novelty integrated into the Law on participation in shared constructions as compensation fund as a way of securing developer´s compliance with commitments. The authors analyse and question the efficiency of compensation funds as of an instrument of completion of troublesome objects. The authors identify the necessity of using additional financing sources in order to complete the construction of houses of contributors and of making amendments to the legislation on equity construction.
