Competence of students in the sphere of using the tools of the development of information systems with the usage of cloud technologies: structure, content and levels of development

The article deals with the analysis of the requirements of the employers in the conditions of the implementation of the Federal Educational Standard of Higher Education to the future development engineer of the information systems. The authors present the structure and content of the competence in the sphere of using the tools of the development of the information systems with the usage of the cloud technologiesb, there are defined the levels of its development.
