Computer modelling of the elastic tool for polishing wave guides

The diamond elastic tool used for polishing internal surfaces of wave guides is investigated and checked with the help of computer programs Solid Works, Cosmos Works by computer modeling in ANSYS environment. Similar software products application allows to determine tensely-deformed condition of tools and to choose an optimum design.
