Computer simulation of magnetic pulse form relief formation on the bottom and side surfaces of hollow parts

Hollow items often require forming a relief on the side or bottom of the relief in constructive or informational purposes. The article offers to use the technology of magnetic pulse shaping for applying relief. The technological schemes were given. The main attention is focused on the computer modeling process. The pro-software product LS-Dyna and the incoming electromagnetic unit (Eddy Сurrent) were used. The technique and results of computer simulation are described. Received data allows to describe the process of dynamic deformation and make recommendations for users managing them in order to obtain a high-quality relief.
