Computer modelling of pin transosseous osteosynthesis of tubular bones

Mathematical modelling of external transosseous fixation of a tubular bone using pin-type devices and preset parameters has been made with the help of program-calculated complex. In the process of study 4 schemes of the device mounting configured from the Ilizarov fixator parts and those of cantilever pin bone fixators were compared, fixation rigidity and the amount of possible deformities of regenerate bone and constructions was evaluated.
