Computer simulation influence of the parameters incremental forming process on accuracy of the geometry implant of the cranial bones

In the work, on the basis of computer modeling, the relationship between the parameters of the incremental forming process and the accuracy of the resulting geometry of personalized implants of the bones of the cranial vault is established. The analysis of the values of the maximum and average deviation is carried out. A regression model of the dependence of the deviation of geometry on various parameters of the incremental forming process has been developed. It is determined that the accuracy of the obtained products increases with a decrease in the step of movement of the deforming tool during incremental forming.
