Complex of additional instruments of the process of internal monitoring of product quality at the machine-building enterprise

The article presents the results of the development and implementation of a set of additional tools that allow the study of current values of car quality indicators and their forecasting for future periods. The complex consists of several basic automated tools implemented in the form of program codes of the mathematical package MATHLAB, scripts of the EXCEL package and includes diagrams of quality loss of the automaker’s units; diagrams of a spectrum of defects of warranty operation. The developed set of additional quality monitoring tools has been tested and introduced into the practice of the corporate quality service of one of the largest car manufacturers in cars.
