Currently, the construction industry is becoming the most popular due to a different set of factors. In the conditions of competition, construction firms, engineering centers are forced to compete in the same way as companies of a confectionery orientation or any other. That is why the topic of this article is relevant today. Today, new firms are being opened, existing ones are being improved, but since the final product is quite difficult to evaluate in the construction industry, marketing activities in this area will have their own characteristics. Different types of marketing communications that can be used in the construction industry in a competitive environment are studied and proposed.
