Complex measures for protection from leakages through technical channels under the commercial confidentiality order

The paper describes the regulations of commercial confidentiality order, technical channels of information leakages, as well as complex organizational technical methods and means for confidential information protection, developed appropriately with the requirements and recommendations under the legislative act "On Commercial Confidentiality" from July 29. 2004 No.98-FZ; rule of the RSFSR No.35 "On the List of Information Which May not Be Commercial Confidentiality"; act "On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection" from July 27, 2006 No. 149-FZ; decree of the President of the RF from March 6, 1997 No. 188 "On Approval of Confidential Information List".
