Basic instruments of the process of internal monitoring product quality at a machine-building enterprise

The article presents the results of the development and implementation of a complex information and analytical tools allows the study of current economic values of the quality indicators and their forecasting for future periods. The complex consists of several major automated instruments implemented as software code math MATHLAB package, scripts package EXCEL and include: Pareto chart; chart of average cost of car; a chart of the average defectiveness; the chart of nomenclature of defects, with the greatest decrease or increase of costs by object of analysis; a chart of the quality losses of divisions of the automaker; the spectrum of defects of the maintenance. Developed a series of analytical tools has been tested and introduced in practice of work of service quality one of the largest manufacturers of passenger cars. The result of the implementation of the tools of economic analysis and forecasting of the quality of the cars warranty was the positive effect determined by the increase in the efficiency, reliability and objectivity of the relevant analytical processes corporate service quality automaker.
