The efficiency of functioning the operating organizational structure of gas-distributing company is analyzed. The type of organizational structure of the enterprise is defined and groups of criteria characterizing its balance, integrity, controllability and reliability are created. For obtaining numerical values of the created criteria the methodology of counts theory was used.
