In article the design decisions made when developing working documentation on creation the automated system within the complex project of reconstruction of Sheksninskiy water-engineering system of Volga-Baltic waterway are considered. The choice of hardware of automated system locates, realization of algorithms of automatic control systems of mechanisms of a navigable lock is discussed.
