Comprehensive treatment of patients with central breast-ribbon valve

The article presents a new minimally invasive technology of extrathoracic fixation of the central rib-breast valve with the help of a reinforced silicone tire in patients with multiple bilateral fractures of the ribs. The tire is attached with ligatures around the ribs and sternum. The tire has two horizontal sections that are located across the front of the chest from the middle axillary line to the right to the middle axillary line to the left. The technique of combined medicinal treatment is given.
