Complex development of energy resources of insufficiently explored and involved territories of the European Northeast: preconditions and prospects

The possibilities of incrementation of fuel potential of the Komi Republic at the expense of poorly developed territories are estimated. It is shown that creation of new centers of coal extraction directly depends on implementetation of transport mega-projects, promoting strengthening of macroeconomic relations through North-South. Development of energy resources of such territories of the old-industrial part of the republic will promote increase in efficiency of use of forest, hydrocarbon resources and combustible shales. The specificity of the proposed projects is a complex approach to development with obtaining of products with maximum market value.
