Integrated sustainable development of the territory

The paper considers the concept of integrated sustainable development based on the town-planning code of the Russian Federation. Basic concepts and places of its application. Establishment of the boundaries of zones of areas falling under complex sustainable development, within the boundaries of one or several territorial zones and displaying them on a separate map. This information should be contained in the rules of land use and development, since the main document of the rules of land use and development is a map of urban zoning.
