The volume and sequence of experimental researches spent during creation of power consumption means of individual protection, intended for works in conditions of heating up industrial microclimate are con-sidered. The opportunity and expediency of reduction the tool researches spent at last stages of experi-ment, and their carrying out at initial stages that leads to decrease in total labour input and reduction of development time of a product are proved.
