Complex analysis of assessment of effective management of programs of support of small and medium business of the Magadan region

At present, small and medium business is the basis for the development of the country's economy, industry and the sphere of economic, social and political life. It contributes to the development of the innovative potential of the economy, allows to search for and introduce new forms of production, marketing and financing activities. The implementation of the state policy to support small and medium-sized businesses should be built in such a way that, according to its results, the maximum number of positive social and economic effects was obtained. The article presents a comprehensive analysis of the evaluation of the effectiveness of managing programs for supporting small and medium-sized businesses in the Magadan Region in 2016; approaches to the assessment of efficiency and effectiveness of state support for small and medium-sized businesses are examined. In the course of the analysis, a number of key activities have been identified that will contribute to the further development of small and medium-sized businesses in the Magadan region.
