Comprehensive analysis of labor resources of the industrial regional-industrial complex

Formation of textile regional and industrial complexes, today, is one of the priority areas of economic development. Labor resources are one of the key factors for sustainable development of the complex and increase in labor productivity. Effective human resources management presupposes the formation of new methods and analysis tools that will allow us to assess the current situation and make a forecast for the future. For the methodological support of managing changes in the social and labor flow through targeted regulation of the flow of human resources in the region, focused on the effective development of TROK, a mechanism for a comprehensive, integrative analysis of the system of labor flows is proposed. The qualitative and quantitative state of flows is assessed by capacity, renovation, conflict. To assess the movement of flows, fluidity and directionality are calculated. As a result, the parameters of the effectiveness of human and labor resources management in the region are proposed.
