Integrated approach to effective use of financial resources for reproduction of housing

The article analyzes the problem of poor technical condition of existing housing stock. As a technically and financially sound approach to solving this problem are encouraged to use the method of mathematical modeling. The author suggested a method of determining the optimal timing of repair and game-theoretical model of efficient allocation of financial resources for the reproduction of the housing stock of the city.
