A comprehensive approach to assessing the quality of management of the organization

The article provides an overview of the content of the concept "quality of or-ganization management" and gives the author's definition of the quality ofmanagement of the organization. Five methodological approaches to assessingmanagement quality are formulated. The author singles out, including thoserelated to per formance and compliance with the requirements of international and domestic standards. The author also pays attention to approaches related to classical management functions, including planning, organization, control, and motivation. A separate group of approaches that the author proposes to identify are those associated with pathologies and hierarchical inversions in management. The article concludes that together these approaches form a comprehensive assessment of management quality and allow achieving the required per formance results.
