Communicative competence in personnel management becomes the concept that assumes the quality of communication between management and staff, staff and customers, employees within the enterprise among themselves. However, this concept is not sufficiently studied, in particular, there are practically no publications aimed at clarifying the content of communicative competence. Without highlighting the elements of this type of competence, it is impossible to study the level of formation of the quality of communication. Therefore, the article is aimed at the theoretical analysis of publications devoted to the component composition of communicative competence. The research is analyzed, which highlights the elements of the phenomenon under study, their logical sequence and complex sufficiency.
