The humates of potassium, calcium peloids are received, the quantitative maintenance of metals in their structure is defined. The analysis of IR spectrum of humates allowed to spend demonstratively reference of strips in a frequency range 1720-1710 sm -1 with the various maintenance of metals. Detect direct proportional dependence of intensity of maxima with frequencies of 1720 and 1615 sm -1 from quantity of metal in structure humat is found. The sequence of interaction of metals with functional groups of humic acids peloids is defined. Carboxyl groups of macromolecules are the most active in linkage of metal ionss; further the interaction of metal ions with the hydroxyl groups of humic acids is coming.
