The article discusses the main components of a marketing strategy that play an important role in achieving the success of a small business. The use of marketing strategy components in small businesses has its own unique specifics, given limited resources, narrow specialization and closer relationships with clients. Using the SOSTAC model in marketing strategy planning provides a systematic and focused approach to the development and implementation of plans.
